Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari speaking in Washington.Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari is demanding greater international cooperation in returning hundreds of millions of dollars in Nigerian funds hidden abroad. Buhari was elected in March 2015 on an anti-corruption ticket and has pledged to reclaim billions of dollars allegedly lost to dodgy dealings and mismanagement.

Let me get this out of the way first off. I am a Liverpool fan, from Liverpool – a season ticket holder – who has now lived in the East Midlands of England, in Leicester, for more than 35 years. I know the route from Leicester to Liverpool’s ground at Anfield like better men know religion: M1, A50, M6, M62, Queens Drive Liverpool ring road, park up. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi surreptitiously and clandestinely ‘leaked’ a letter written by former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor and now Emir of Kano, Sanusi Muhammad 11 to then President Goodluck Jonathan on the non-remittance of $49.8 billion from oil sale to the federation account.

 Christian youths in the world have been counseled to imbibe, cultivate and practice the act of charity in their dealings with their fellow human beings. Evangelist Orji Ignatius, who is also the Youth President of Devine Miracle Galore Ministries a.k.a (Restoration Church), a Pentecostal Church in Enugu State, gave the advice during the celebration of the Church’s Youth Day on 24th April, 2016 with the Theme: “Neglect Not the Gift in thee.”

Merkel warns of return to nationalism unless EU borders protected

Rome (AFP) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday urged European leaders to protect the EU's external borders or risk a "return to nationalism". Border defence represents a "challenge for the future of Europe" from "the Mediterranean to the North Pole", Merkel told a joint press conference in Rome with Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.
