New PDP demands probe into G& governors' meeting

The New Peoples Democratic Party (nPDP) has noted the denial by the Inspector General of Police, Alhaji Mohammed D. Abubakar, who during his appearance before the House of Representatives Committee on Police Affairs probing the disruption of the November 3, 2013 Meeting of the G7 Governors at the Kano State Government Lodge, Asokoro, Abuja, said that the infamous order was not from him.

On Monday November 18 2013, Nigerians woke up full of hope to hear the result and possibly the winner of the controversial gubernatorial election in Anambra State, which took place on November 16 and a rerun in some of the LGAs on 17, but the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, dashed that hope, saying that the election it conducted was full-of-loopholes.
